• Responsible for developing persuasive, engaging, and well-researched content for B2B audiences. • Craft compelling content that nurtures leads, drives conversions, and builds brand authority. • Produce content that adheres to SEO best practices, optimizing for organic search performance. • Write in various formats, including blog posts, case studies, and email campaigns. • Ensure all content aligns with the client’s branding guidelines, voice, and tone. • Incorporate storytelling to make complex topics relatable and engaging. • Create content briefs and ensure timely production through feedback loops. • Stay informed on industry trends to craft relevant content. • Collaborate with designers for visually engaging content. • Analyze content performance data to optimize lead generation and conversion metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in B2B content writing, ideally with a focus on tech and manufacturing. • Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas and buyer journeys in tech and manufacturing industries. • Proven experience in writing for technical audiences, including TDMs and BDMs. • Excellent research skills and the ability to create original, well-researched content backed by credible sources. • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using keyword research tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs. • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and marketing automation tools like HubSpot is preferred. • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for creating high-impact content.
