📋 Description

• Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of AI-driven systems. • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to build scalable, AI-powered solutions. • Define and execute our AI/ML strategy to improve compliance workflows. • Architect and develop AI/ML-powered solutions, focusing on LLMs and NLP technologies. • Build scalable AI-driven features using NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI, and automation. • Define AI/ML best practices, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. • Lead the development and deployment of ML models in production. • Optimize and maintain MLOps pipelines, feature stores, and AI model monitoring. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify AI-driven opportunities. • Research and integrate LLM advancements and generative AI techniques. • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of AI-driven development.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML innovation. • Expertise in Python, TypeScript, cloud-native development, and full-stack engineering. • Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, including LLM-focused libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and OpenAI API. • Proven experience architecting and deploying AI/ML systems at scale, particularly LLM-powered applications. • Strong background in MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI infrastructure. • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval methods for LLMs. • Ability to define and execute AI/ML strategy, focusing on LLM-based automation and decision intelligence. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive AI initiatives.
