📋 Description

• We are Mechanism Ventures. In 2019, we started building profitable startups from scratch. • We brought together top engineering minds from places like Princeton and MIT to drive a 100% success rate. • Now, we’re working to automate company building to the point that we can press a button to launch profitable companies. • To take a DTC e-commerce company from break-even to $1.5MM. • You will be responsible for scaling and leveraging the existing profitable foundation into an enterprise. • You will be responsible for the entire business, including P&L ownership, physical product operations and development, growth marketing, hiring and managing a core team, and an ultimate liquidity event. • You’re an ideal candidate if you enjoy being hands-on while driving operational excellence. • However, your role will quickly evolve. You will be responsible for rapidly scaling the organization, building a leadership team, and unlocking new areas for exponential growth. • You will operate independently, with support from MV, to manage operations and logistics while reporting directly to the CEO of Mechanism Ventures.

You can work wherever you’re most productive. • This role is full-time and must overlap with US ET for most of the workday. • Our compensation packages are designed to make this your dream job for both the short and long term. • Each compensation package includes a base salary and a significant equity stake. • For candidates located in New York, Washington, Colorado, California, and Illinois, the base salary range is $170,000 - $220,000 USD. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
