Description
• We are looking to expand our team of Operations Assistants to support our growing portfolio companies. • As a valued member of our Operations VA team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at helping Mechanism and our portfolio companies scale into world-class organizations. • We are very specifically looking for candidates experienced and highly-skilled in one or more of the following areas of business support: Recruitment Support, Administrative and SEO Support.
Requirements
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (spelling, grammar, and syntax). • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of our key areas discussed above (Recruitment Support, Administrative and/or SEO support). • For all roles: startup experience or experience in other scrappy, fast-paced environments is strongly preferred. • For all roles: high proficiency and comfort in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) are required. • For Recruitment Support: Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS platform experience would be a strong plus. • For Admin/SEO Support: experience with Apollo, Buzzstream, Klaviyo, and/or Airtable would be a strong plus.
