Description

• Responsible for managing product from ideation to marketing • Drive product lifecycle processes for cross-functional teams • Analyze customer needs and market trends • Define product vision and success metrics • Collaborate with sales and support teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or Equivalent) in product design or business management or engineering (MBA preferred) • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills • Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Proven success overseeing in a nonmanagerial role all the elements of the product or software development lifecycle • Familiarity with Agile work management and/or the ability to effectively communicate complex processes within and across teams • Experience in delivering finely tuned product strategies, requirements, and launch • Technical and manufacturing know-how • Data analytics and metrics management skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail, organizational, planning, and documentation skills. • Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously. • Must be able to travel 10% of the time.
