📋 Description
• Reporting to the Team Leader you would be providing support for our group medical underwriters. • You will have the opportunity to analyze and manage medical underwriting requests, prepare documentation, administer our operational practices including invoicing, manage our information systems and communicate with our customers. • You will have the opportunity to interact on the phone with clients, physicians and other departments, use various technologies and demonstrate your exceptional administration skills.
🎯 Requirements
• You are a good communicator – through email, letter and phone, you are clear and concise. • Whatever it takes attitude, you like a new challenge every day. • You thrive in an environment of change. • You have earned a post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in administration, customer service or other relevant experience. • You can multitask and navigate between multiple software applications simultaneously. • A medical or insurance background would be a bonus. • Fluently Bilingual (English and French). (spoken/written)
