📋 Description
• Support the full cycle recruiting process including posting positions, screening resumes, and conducting interviews • Connect with candidates to ensure application acknowledgement and status notification • Coordinate and participate in IT-specific career fairs and recruitment events • Assist with new hire onboarding processes • Develop and maintain relationships with Talent Acquisition and HR
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition support function with hands-on experience in IT/Technical recruitment • Post secondary education with concentration in Business, HR, IT or a combination of education and experience • Bilingualism in English and French (written and spoken) is a definite asset • Proven screening experience for highly specialized positions in IT in a virtual environment • Highly effective listening skills to uncover candidate’s experience and qualifications as they relate to the position • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to take direction and work autonomously to solve problems • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience working with an ATS (Workday preferred) • Strong organizational and time management skills
