📋 Description
• Manage rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from Medcor customers • Document each call efficiently and accurately • Monitor and track individual and call center goals • Reflect shift activities using the phone system • Provide superior customer service to clients and employees • Complete accurate assessment of symptoms utilizing Triage Algorithms • Follow HIPAA Compliance Policies
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish • Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification • High volume of consecutive calls • Strong technological skills with typing speed of at least 30 WPM • Major U.S. holiday rotation • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret triage tools and information • Able to talk and/or hear • Required to sit and use hands • Specific vision abilities required for computers and written work • Able to work on a computer for long periods • Private space in the home with 4 walls and a door for patient privacy • Access to high-speed internet (no satellite)
