• We’re looking for our next bold leader – a Sales Solution Engineer – to join our quest to provide market-transforming solutions for businesses, care teams and consumers to interactively manage health and care. • At Medecision, you’ll have the chance to work with people that have incredible intellect, who are hard-wired for problem-solving. • You’ll also know that you’re making a real difference, and not just in some abstract, corporate-mission-statement kind of way. • We’re working with companies that touch millions of lives every day, maybe even saving a few along the way. • Each person contributes uniquely to our mission and our ability to raise the level of experience we provide to all our customers and colleagues. • The role of Sales Solution Engineer is no different, and in fact, plays a key role in our journey to innovate solutions that solve real problems for our clients. • To be successful at Medecision the Sales Solutions Engineer will understand what a customer centric organization entails and be able to infuse that ideology in your contributions. • On any given day you will act as the technical expert that bridges the gap between sales, technology and understanding customer needs. • You will work closely with sales, engineering and marketing to turn complex technical ideas into understandable and attractive solutions for our customers. • This collaboration will include drafting and delivering presentations, demonstrating the features of the Aerial solution and creating customized software solutions for the customer. • This role requires an in-depth knowledge of our software and hardware systems, a passion for sales and high-level customer communication skills. • Ultimately, a top-notch sales solution engineer drives sales by creating specialized business solutions, tailor-made to the customer’s needs. • Join us in our journey to innovate solutions that solve real problems and partner with our clients to transform healthcare.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the Healthtech software industry. • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex solutions that solve customer challenges. • High-level experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Working knowledge with AI (such as ChatGPT, Gemini) and data analysis tools for day-to-day research and part of daily task completion. • Background in data analytics or business intelligence solutions. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines. • Strong knowledge and ability to describe systems integration, APIs, and data workflows. • Certification in relevant cloud technologies (e.g., GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud DevOps, etc.) is highly desirable.
