Description

• Clinical Lead ADHD role is pivotal in leading the design, development and implementation of a comprehensive adult ADHD assessment, diagnosis and treatment service. • Recruit, manage and mentor a team of clinicians and provide expert oversight. • Integral to the organisations governance structures and member of the Clinical Governance Committee. • Involved in networking with local clinicians and healthcare providers, implementing the new ADHD service and performance monitoring it.

Requirements

• Consultant Psychiatrist with a minimum of 5 years in an NHS substantive post • Substantial clinical experience working in adult mental health, focusing on ADHD assessment and management • Proven experience in leading and managing clinical services with efficient processes • Knowledge and experience with using digital health tools and technologies to improve clinical service delivery • Strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory requirements (e.g. CQC) • Passionate about improving mental health care and delivering high-quality, patient-centred services.
