Description

• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle, including product launches. • Rapidly produce concepts and prototypes, with the experience to know when to apply pixel-perfection and when to focus on low-fidelity designs. • Create polished and visually appealing designs for web and mobile. • Conduct user research and synthesize findings into product and design strategies. • Lead cross-functional idea generation sessions and brainstorms. • Present designs and ideas to partners and stakeholders. • Collaborate with engineering to balance design and technical implementation trade-offs. • Partner with the product and data teams to create UI/UX A/B tests for validating designs.

Requirements

• Strong product design skills with a focus on user-centered design methodologies • Experience working in an agile project environment with distributed teams • Ability to think at a high level about product strategy • Experience designing and solving for mobile application • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, CSS and/or other design tools • Proficiency in mixpanel, google analytics, looker,and/or other user analytics tools • English proficiency
