• Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich VMware EUC mit Schwerpunkt Horizon • Beratung von Endkunden im Bereich End User Computing • Durchführen von Kundenworkshops und Präsentation des Konzepts • Unterstützung der Account Manager im Presales • Dokumentation von Kundeninfrastruktur und Projekten • Ausarbeitung von Optimierungsvorschlägen für die Kundeninfrastrukturen und Konzepterstellung • Unterstützung des Support Teams in Eskalationsfällen als Second-/Third Level • Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten im vorhandenen Ticketsystem (Jira)
🎯 Requirements
• abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Ausbildung • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Consultant • sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen digitaler Arbeitsplatz, VMWare Horizon , Benutzerumgebungs- und Identitätsmanagement • fundierte Kenntnisse in einer oder mehrerer Application Distribution Produkte z.B. App Volumes, ThinApp • fundierte Kenntnisse von Microsoft Windows Plattformen (Server und Desktop) • gültige VMware–Zertifizierungen im Bereich End User Computing z.B. VCP, VCAP • analytisches und strukturiertes Denken sowie sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise • ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Beratungsorientierung • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, Reisebereitschaft und Belastbarkeit • hervorragendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
