Description

• Responsible for the management, implementation, and coaching of the Medline Operating System (MOS) improvement strategies. • Utilizing Continuous Improvement strategies, coach site leaders. • Investigate opportunities for site improvement. • Monitor business and operational performance metrics and recommend changes as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, or Engineering field of study • Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification • At least 7 years of operations and/or continuous improvement experience in an operations and/or distribution environment • Experience implementing or working within a business operating system • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Leadership abilities, assertiveness, strong team player and ability to influence • Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high levels of performance • Strong communication skills – both verbally and in writing independently • Strong project management and influencing skills • Ability to drive change in a status quo environment
