Description

• Responsible for supporting executive compensation and equity plans • Provide data-driven insights • Conduct executive job leveling and compensation benchmarking • Support executive-level compensation offers • Prepare Compensation Committee materials • Assist with stock plan administration • Conduct market analysis for executive compensation • Collaborate with legal and finance departments for compliance • Manage daily administration of compensation programs • Advise on compensation matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 4+ years of experience in executive compensation and/or equity administration • Excellent analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills • Advanced mathematical skills and financial knowledge • Excel skills and spreadsheet analysis • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work with pressing deadlines • Ability to collect and analyze information • In-depth knowledge of executive compensation and equity administration (preferred) • Experience with compensation benchmarking and market analysis (preferred)
