📋 Description

• Training and Event Specialist position with MedSpa Partners MSP • Support learning and development initiatives and events from planning through execution • Manage and track learning and development projects • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure programs are accurate and relevant • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development • Support the Manager, Training in the continued development of the Learning Management System • Manage logistics and communication for events • Partner with the HR team to create recruitment and onboarding materials

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in business, organizational change, business and hospitality preferred • 4+ years’ experience in training, operations, people development, organizational development • Proficient in adult learning style techniques • Experience in LMS management and instructional design • A team player who loves to collaborate with internal partners • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Be exceptionally organized with a strong attention to detail • Customer service background or understanding of the importance of employee experience • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with vendors, clients, and team members • Proficiency in planning event details such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and attendee communication • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software • Ability to troubleshoot issues during events or training sessions while staying calm under pressure • Develop innovative event concepts and training programs that align with organizational goals
