Description

• Create and adjust the product roadmap based in external/internal feedback. • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch. • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams. • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, PRD's, competitors analysis, user guides, etc. • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, Customer Success Managers and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience or related roles. • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. • Experience dealing with complex problems. • Proven ability to gather detailed user feedback, analyze data to identify pain points, and translate them into product improvements. • Experience working with product designers. • Demonstrated success managing development teams, ensuring their work aligns with the product vision. • Experience with product development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Management in tools such as JIRA and Confluence systems. • Google Workspace Slack. • Background in collaboration technology, software development, SaaS.
