• Execute an investigative plan consistent with established policies and procedures • Conduct and manage timely, thorough, and efficient ethics and compliance investigations • Work closely with global legal and compliance leaders • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the investigations process • Assist in the training and support of other compliance matter investigators • Provide routine reporting to key stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree • 3-5 years relevant experience in conducting compliance investigations • Experience conducting compliance investigations of varied case-types • Ability to apply company policies and procedures in investigations • Strong written & verbal communication and organizational skills • Prior auditing/accounting experience • Strong English verbal and written communication skills • CPA and/or CFE certification is a plus
