• Lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to develop a network of collaboration and best practice sharing. • Identify best practices and innovations to incorporate into the evolving strategy within the domain of Field Service. • Improve S&R customer experience (NPS) by making it easier for customers to do business with Medtronic. • Reduce cost to serve, improve service lead-time and contribute to the ease of colleagues getting their job done by simplifying process.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related fields and/or 10 years of experience in service delivery, preferably in the healthcare technology sector • Fluent in English, multi-lingual an advantage • Knowledge of lean methodologies and value stream mapping. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills • Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel internationally as required.
