Description

The Practice Consultant is responsible for communicating with clients on service delivery issues. • Provide assistance on day-to-day inquiries. • Consult with clients on program success. • Strategize with clients to ensure World Class service.

Requirements

Experience in Wound care & Skilled Nursing. • Proven experience in a busy practice. • Experience with Kareo. • Medical Billing and Collections experience. • Outstanding analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to develop a highly collaborative environment. • Ability to interact knowledgeably with clients. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with and support the needs of Clients. • Detail oriented and highly organized. • Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - required.
