• MedVA is looking for a talented and dedicated Bilingual Medical Assistant with a background as a Medical Doctor to join our dynamic team. • Leverage your medical expertise and bilingual capabilities to provide exceptional support in a virtual healthcare environment. • Ensure effective communication between healthcare providers and patients. • Assist medical professionals in managing patient communications, performing telehealth consultations, coordinating appointments, handling patient records, and interpreting medical information accurately between English and Spanish. • Requires a unique blend of clinical knowledge and administrative skills.
🎯 Requirements
• Must be a licensed Medical Doctor with relevant credentials • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory • At least 1 year of experience working in a clinical environment is required • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey complex medical information clearly • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and healthcare software • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
