β€’ MedVA is seeking a highly motivated and organized Bilingual New Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. β€’ In this role, you will assist in facilitating the onboarding of new patients by managing referral processes and ensuring excellent communication between healthcare providers and patients. β€’ As a Bilingual New Patient Care Coordinator, you will be also responsible for handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing detailed information regarding services offered. β€’ Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare providers and support staff to facilitate seamless patient transitions into our care system. β€’ The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for clear communication with diverse patient populations.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Fluency in English and Spanish is required β€’ Previous experience in a patient care coordination role or similar position in the healthcare industry β€’ Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, referrals, and insurance verification β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail β€’ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively β€’ Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other office software β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β€’ Experienced in providing customer service in a healthcare setting β€’ Comfortable working remotely and providing your own equipment
