📋 Description

• MedVA is seeking a highly motivated and organized Bilingual New Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. • In this role, you will assist in facilitating the onboarding of new patients by managing referral processes and ensuring excellent communication between healthcare providers and patients. • As a Bilingual New Patient Care Coordinator, you will be also responsible for handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing detailed information regarding services offered. • Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare providers and support staff to facilitate seamless patient transitions into our care system. • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for clear communication with diverse patient populations.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required • Previous experience in a patient care coordination role or similar position in the healthcare industry • Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, referrals, and insurance verification • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other office software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experienced in providing customer service in a healthcare setting • Comfortable working remotely and providing your own equipment
