• Are you a data enthusiast looking to make a significant impact on project-based initiatives? • Do you have a knack for extracting insights from complex datasets? • Join MedVA as a Project-Based Data Analyst! • As a Project-Based Data Analyst at MedVA, you will be embedded in dynamic projects aimed at improving our operations and client services. • Your expertise will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data relevant to specific projects, providing stakeholders with actionable insights to guide decision-making. • Gather and manage data related to designated project scopes. • Ensure quality control and data accuracy throughout all phases of the project. • Develop project-specific databases and data systems. • Conduct in-depth analysis of project data to identify key trends and insights. • Collaborate closely with project teams to define data needs and analysis requirements. • Assist in creating analytical models tailored to project goals. • Create reports and presentations detailing findings and recommendations for stakeholders. • Develop and maintain project dashboards to visualize data insights effectively. • Work alongside project managers and teams to ensure alignment on data goals. • Present findings to stakeholders and project leads in an engaging and understandable way. • Provide suggestions for data collection and analysis methodologies to enhance project outcomes. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis for project work.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills. • Strong knowledge of industry-related acronyms and shorthand. • Proven attention to detail and accuracy in data management tasks. • Experience with data management and reporting tools such as Zoho, Tableau, or HubSpot. • Familiarity with data analysis and creating insightful reports is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Experience with CRM platforms and reporting (e.g., HubSpot). • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau. • Understanding of database management best practices.
