Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Dental Virtual Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (BPO, CPO, etc.) • Proficiency in dental terminology, understanding of dental office procedures, and navigating dental EMR • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing dental records and documentation • Experience with dental practice management software is preferred • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to undergo training and stay updated with industry trends and best practices
