β’ MedVA is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Patient Support & Marketing Specialist to join our team. β’ In this dual-role position, provide exceptional support to patients while also driving marketing initiatives to promote our services. β’ Serve as the initial point of contact for patient inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information regarding services and resources. β’ Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. β’ Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and email marketing, to enhance patient engagement. β’ Produce high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms that resonates with patients and encourages interaction. β’ Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients to foster loyalty and satisfaction. β’ Gather patient feedback and collaborate with the team to identify areas for service improvement.
β’ Call center experience with a strong customer service background. β’ Exceptional English skills with little to no accent. β’ Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) marketing platform. β’ Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable engaging with patients and leads. β’ Strong follow-up skills to nurture leads and maintain patient relationships. β’ Experience working with patients in the medical field. β’ Chiropractic or pain management experience is a plus
