Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role. • Proficiency with HubSpot, Data Analytics tools (PowerBI, SQL, etc.), and sales automation platforms. • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage projects involving multiple stakeholders. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with revenue forecasting, pipeline management, sales compensation plans, and data analysis. • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
