📋 Description
• The SOP Writer / Technical Documentation Specialist will be responsible for developing, writing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various technical and operational processes. • This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards. • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent writing skills, and a detail-oriented approach to process documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, SOP Developer, or Process Analyst. • Strong technical understanding of IT systems, business processes, or operational workflows. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Word. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset. • Experience in healthcare preferred
