📋 Description
Develop and share insights that drive impact within the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams Define the data language (i.e. KPIs, dashboards, measurement, etc) to ensure your team grasps the underlying truth that drives progress and success Facilitate rapid decision making through ad hoc work or by democratizing data/self service (effective BI or user-friendly explores in Looker in partnership with our data engineers) Utilize your data super powers to reduce ambiguity and solve problems Mentor other analysts and help them grow
🎯 Requirements
4+ years of experience working in operations analytics or data science, ideally in a B2B setting BA/BS in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, operations research or a BA/BS in behavioral science (economics, psychology, etc) with statistics skills Excellent SQL skills Strong scripting Python skills Familiarity with operations research and supply chain management concepts Strong communication skills and experience communicating results in a way that drives change. You have the ability to use data to inform, align, and lead Strong senses of autonomy and ownership Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and statistical skills
