Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable data infrastructure • hands-on experience with data orchestration tools such as Dagster, Airflow, or similar • deep experience building data pipelines using tools like DBT for transformation • experience with cloud environments like AWS or GCP for data storage and computation • resourceful and able to tackle ambiguous, complex problems independently • ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear recommendations • sense of empathy for the business and end users • thrive in shifting priorities
