Description

• The Associate Growth Product Manager (Growth APM) will be responsible for delivering successful client facing products/features within defined timelines, budgets and quality standards with a focus on conversion and growth of the customer base for the Campaign Monitor product. • They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, data analytics, and customer success, to execute growth strategies that enhance user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles. • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude). • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. • SaaS Software Experience: Basic understanding of SaaS software delivery processes, project lifecycle, and related resource requirements. • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate high-performing teams. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, product metrics, and A/B testing. • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. • Able to sync with US-based team members.
