📋 Description
• Own the product backlog – prioritize features, enhancements, and technical investments to drive adoption and engagement. • Work directly with engineering teams – define requirements, write clear and actionable user stories, and ensure smooth execution. • Obsess over UX/UI and performance – ensure the product is intuitive, beautiful, and fast. • Define, Instrument and Monitor key metrics – track adoption, churn, and engagement to drive continuous improvement. • Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies – optimize revenue and market positioning. • Conduct competitive analysis – stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. • Work cross-functionally – partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to align on priorities and deliver value. • Influence other teams’ roadmaps – advocate for dependencies and integrations that align with your strategic objectives. • Collaborate with internal product teams – ensure seamless integration across the broader MarTech stack and a unified customer experience. • Champion customer needs – engage with users, analyze feedback, and translate insights into product features.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. • Deep understanding of personalization, MarTech, and multi-channel engagement (e.g., email, web, mobile, ad-tech). • Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining, tracking, and driving key product metrics. • Hands-on experience working with engineering teams – ability to write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and drive execution. • Passion for great UI/UX design and the ability to work closely with design teams to create intuitive experiences. • Experience with product pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. • Proven ability to work in fast-growing, high-investment environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities. • Ability to influence other product teams’ roadmaps to ensure alignment with overarching strategy. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
