📋 Description
• Responsible for project delivery of ServiceNow's solutions and services in a client consulting environment • Develop, invest, and maintain thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow HRSD and/or CSM • Support implementation workshops to gather business/technical agile user stories • Consult customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices • Application UI and Workflow Configuration • Development of required client specific reporting • Development of required integration components (SSO, LDAP, REST/SOAP Web Services) • Interface with ServiceNow technical teams as needed • Lead/Co-lead technical implementation teams • Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology related • Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences • Ensure technical deliverables to Customer Delivery and customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes • Achieve ServiceNow Practice and Individual KPI’s and Metrics as defined
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years demonstrated experience as a key technical leader for ServiceNow implementations in HRSD and/or CSM • Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering disciplines • Demonstrated experience in technical consulting roles that are client facing • JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML 5.0, CSS/LESS • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) required • Certified Implementation Specialist for HRSD (CIS-HR) required and/or Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM) required • Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred • GenAI Now Assist Accreditations nice to have
