🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in HR and/or Customer Service functions • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (5-10 years) • 2+ years working with the ServiceNow platform on current releases • 3+ years’ experience in management consulting, process design, or product management • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Exceptional skills in documenting process design and business requirements • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset • Experience leading/executing strategic and operational initiatives • Experience partnering with and advising executives • Multiple successful product implementations at Enterprise scale required • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) • Certified Implementation Specialist for HR and/or CSM required
