Description

• Lead workshops to define requirements, improve processes, and enhance customer outcomes • Ensure the delivery of solutions that are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with customer goals • Advise on ServiceNow tools, ensuring high-quality deliverables, demonstrating solutions, and supporting continuous improvement • Manage multiple projects and maintain expertise in ServiceNow products and processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR and/or Customer Service functions, processes, and industry best practices • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (5-10 years) • 2+ years working with the ServiceNow platform on current releases • 3+ years’ experience in management consulting, process design, or product management • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset • Experience leading/executing complex strategic and operational initiatives at large organizations • Experience partnering with and advising executives • Multiple successful product implementations at the Enterprise scale required • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CIS-HR) required • Certified Implementation Specialist for HR and/or (CIS-CSM) required
