•2+ years in a technical leadership role, guiding and mentoring teams. •5+ years as a full-stack developer, expertise in backend and frontend development. •Experience maintaining sustainable codebases with high code quality and consistency. •Proven ability to deliver large-scale software projects for high user concurrency. •Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with stakeholders and developers. •Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, iterative development, and CI/CD pipelines. •In-depth knowledge of the JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystem. •Expertise in optimizing backend and frontend performance, scaling, and caching strategies. •Technical knowledge of security best practices and principles. •Server-side rendering and responsive design fundamentals. •Database schema design, optimization, and management. •Understanding of SEO concepts. •Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and error tracking. •Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
