Description

• MEMX is searching for a Director, Quality Assurance to oversee the software testing of MEMX’s software products. • A successful candidate will lead MEMX’s Software QA process. • Manage MEMX’s test engineering team. • Coordinate changes with our development team. • Demonstrate the ability to fully automate the testing process. • The ideal candidate has hands on testing experience at a financial institution, preferably a stock exchange.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years experience in Quality Assurance • Experience managing remote workers • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (from an accredited institution) • Strong test automation skills • Experience testing large scale financial systems (specifically those under the SEC’s RegSCI framework) • Meticulous attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work closely with software development team to resolve issues in a timely fashion • Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management • Ability to work effectively in a very high paced, start-up environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
