🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Mendix experience: Proven technical expertise in Mendix development, with a deep understanding of the platform’s capabilities and best practices. • Deep Understanding of Developer Needs: Ability to create content that addresses the challenges developers face and provides solutions that align with different skill levels, from beginner to expert. • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Mendix platform, including its latest innovations and features, and the ability to translate that knowledge into clear, actionable learning content. • Innovative Mindset: Eagerness to think creatively about how to engage developers and present technical concepts in new and compelling ways. • Strong Content Development Skills: Experience in developing technical learning materials, such as tutorials, documentation, and training modules, with a focus on developer enablement. • Experience with eLearning Tools: Familiarity with instructional design tools and platforms (LMS, video editing, interactive labs) used for content creation and distribution is a plus. • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with product teams, SMEs, and developers to ensure alignment between product developments and learning content.
