Description
• Act as an on-call social media contributor for weekend, or weeknight, soccer matches. • Create content for Men in Blazers social channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok). • Write emotionally intelligent, culturally relevant copy that channels the voice and tone of the brand and create visual content – photo and video – that resonates with the Men in Blazers community. • Adapt real-time soccer news stories in a manner that is relevant and engaging across Men in Blazers social channels. • On-call monitoring, management, and maintenance of Men in Blazers channels and community. • Use performance metrics to determine future opportunities for content optimization.
Requirements
• 1+ years of social media experience with an eye for design and experience creating original content, and adapting existing content (TV Shows, Podcasts, etc.) for social media • Deep knowledge of soccer, soccer culture and a love of the game. • Experience in pre-production, production and post-production workflows in various delivery formats. • Ability to design and create social graphics and produce short-form videos. • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Premiere and Photoshop or similar video/photo editing software. • Knowledge of social media trends and high-level cultural moments spanning sports and entertainment. • Ability to work evenings and weekends, (this position will require working weekends to track football matches)
