Requirements

• At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in education or a similar field • Knowledge of contemporary recruiting practices • Knowledge of compliance in the employment recruiting industry • A strong desire for results in acquiring best talent • Familiarity with aggregate and non-aggregate job boards
