📋 Description
• You will form 1:1 partnerships with our members to help them identify & track clear goals. • Coaches will communicate with members via Mento email or chat in the Mento App. • Act as an integral member of the Mento coaching community, sharing tools and insights.
🎯 Requirements
• A director, vice president, or other senior strategy & operations leader with 20+ years experience managing strategy & ops teams and coaching individuals. • Coaching certification is a plus but not required. • Must be able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the next 18+ months. • Comfortable working in a constantly-changing startup environment. • Self aware, high emotional IQ, and cares about creating a safe space for vulnerability.

• This is a contract position in which coaches are paid per hour. • On top of a flat hourly rate, we offer select bonuses that incentivizes engagement with our membership and community growth on our platform. • Candidates must be based in North America or Europe. • This is a fully remote position.
