• MentorMate creates durable technical solutions that deliver digital transformation at scale by blending strategic insights and thoughtful design with brilliant engineering. • The company provides challenging careers in a friendly and global people-oriented environment. • We're looking to hire a Junior UX/UI Designer who will participate in creating enterprise-class mobile and web applications using proven design patterns. • You will engage fully in the software development process, from initial discovery to pixel-perfect execution of visual designs. • Our design team uses human-centered tools to create digital products and solve client challenges.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working as a UX/UI designer within a digital product development environment • Experience designing low and high-fidelity wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes of digital experiences • Possess clean, elegant, and innovative design sense • Understanding of design systems and accessibility standards • Basic knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices • Experience facilitating design reviews in front of stakeholders/design group • A portfolio that demonstrates excellent visual and typographic design skill • Proficiency working in Figma, MIRO, Adobe CC suite and other UX tools • Excellent verbal and written English skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent organizational and documentation skills • Responsible and team-oriented person • Open to feedback and accepting of group critique
