Requirements
•5+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET, C#, WebAPI, and SQL •2+ years of experience with React and TypeScript •Strong understanding of best coding practices for both back-end and front-end development •Understands the importance of unit, integration, and other testing types, incorporating appropriate test plans into deliverables, and/or is adept in Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices •Confident in working with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks •Experience creating solutions in an international context •Product mindset and customer-focused approach •Collaborative and responsible team player ready to tackle different technologies and new challenges •Self-starter who is decisive, works at a fast pace, takes ownership, and drives projects to completion •Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt •Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders •Proficient in spoken and written English
