• MentorMate creates durable technical solutions that deliver digital transformation at scale by blending strategic insights and thoughtful design with brilliant engineering. • Oversee project lifecycle, including planning, software deployment, configuration, migration, testing, and troubleshooting. • Work closely with customers to ensure planning and timing, address potential issues, and foresee traffic impacts. • Create and present Method of Procedure (MoP) documents to provide a clear vision of upcoming events. • Guide MNO engineers on best practices for maintaining and troubleshooting network elements. • Provide comprehensive support for all signaling-related components to ensure functionality and reliability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer sciences, IT, Telecommunications or equivalent • 5+ years’ experience in operation of mobile or fixed networks as an engineer • You are familiar with Telecom technologies and ITU/ETSI standards • Knowledge of 2g,3g,4g networks setups and core components, interfaces, and connectivity • You have good knowledge about the SS7/Sigtran, LTE, signaling call flows and roaming scenarios • Working knowledge in designing, deploying, migrating and/or operating network infrastructure • Experience with TCP/IP network fundamentals • Experience with Signaling protocol monitoring tools, protocol analysers, trace analysis • Good operational knowledge of network function virtualization • Experience in working and administration of Linux systems • Readiness to travel, and able to work independently • Fluent in English
