📋 Description
• Lead a team of 4 senior IC data scientists supporting the Experiences organization. • Proactively discover and define opportunities to level up the craft, strategy, and execution of our growth and user experience reporting. • Set the direction and define prioritized roadmaps for the team; ensuring we’re focused on work that solves user problems, enables product teams, and maximizes customer value. • Work in ambiguity and be able to set and achieve priorities that find the perfect balance between both user and business needs. • Translate qualitative and quantitative data and derive insights that inform product work; communicate these with the team.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of analytics experience, with 2+ years managing analytics teams. • Experience in Growth or Dashboard teams. • Strong data analysis and data storytelling skills. • Experience with experimental design and analysis on user facing surfaces.
