• Build, manage, and develop a team of 25+ data scientists and data engineers. • Influence data analytics and engineering culture across levels. • Guide strategy, architecture, and tooling of data infrastructure.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience, including 4+ years managing a team of data science or data engineering managers. • Partner with business leaders to ensure teams have tools and support for data-informed decisions. • Opinionated on effective data usage for decision making. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with data science, machine learning, statistics, financial calculations, and experimentation for commercial applications. • Create an inspiring work environment for data scientists and engineers, defining clear career paths and opportunities. • Experience working with People, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams for best practices.
