Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in operational risk management (KYC, Onboarding) • Experience in managing teams at scale • Knowledge of global KYC best practices and regulations • Strong analytical thinking and ability to leverage data • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Comfortability with decision-making in fast-paced environments • Ambitious curiosity about KYC impacts on new markets or products • Interest in financial regulations and eagerness to innovate
