• Responsible for managing, developing, and expanding relationships with customers across the South West UK region • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating and executing strategic plans to meet KPIs • Analysing sales performance, preparing reports, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs • Delivering engaging and informative sales presentations • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with sales strategies • Keeping up to date with market trends and changing customer requirements

Requirements

• Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven • Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills • Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks • Experienced in account or territory management with a proven track record of meeting sales targets • Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) • Holder of a full UK driving licence • Knowledge of the bathroom or plumbing products market • Technical product expertise
