Description
• Take full responsibility for Netherlands sales team and business activities • Own multimillion sales target and be rewarded for hitting the targets • Manage key account customers and lead big ticket new customer acquisition • Sell and work within diverse industrial, process and manufacturing environments • Work closely with internal sales engineers for technical support during sales process
Requirements
• External sales experience from associated sectors (mechanical seals, rotating equipment, pumps, valves) • Sales management experience ideal, senior sales person with management potential considered • Ability to forecast and budget • Develop, mentor and manage people • Mechanical engineering background • Full knowledge of rotating equipment and mechanical seals highly beneficial • Strategic thinker with relationship management skills • Excellent communication skills for a wide variety of levels • Proven business-to-business sales track record • Dynamic "can do" attitude and enthusiasm for sales • Engineering qualification advantageous; mechanical engineering apprenticeship desirable
