• Promoting new product sales throughout the nationwide customer base to deepen understanding of the company's extensive product offering. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to deliver a multi-channel approach that enhances customer experience. • Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. • Regularly reporting on account performance and pipeline to senior management. • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the full product offering and increasing awareness throughout the branch network.

Requirements

• Technical sales experience , with a focus on engineered products and consumables. • Ideally, an engineering qualification. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • A proven track record of growing revenue and expanding accounts. • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
