📋 Description
• Leading analytics team (3 team members). • Analysis of product features and their impact on financial and product metrics. • Conducting product research, finding insights in data. • Segmentation of the customer base, building and analyzing funnels, finding problems and developing hypotheses. • Creating dashboards for analyzing and monitoring product metrics. • Stakeholder communication regarding analytics tasks. • Working closely with Data Engineers.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in product or data analytics from 4 years. • Deep knowledge of SQL (complex queries and query optimization). • Strong experience with python and excel. • Experience in visualizing and presenting data to customers using BI tools (Tableau, powerBI, metabase). • Ability to comprehend complex, large-volume, and sometimes contradictory information to obtain the most effective solutions. • Experience managing a team of 2 people or more. • Experience with ETL (airflow, prefect, etc.) and version control. • Advanced knowledge in statistics and data science.
