📋 Description

• Actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of the JIRA and Confluence systems. • Develop and optimize the system in line with business requirements, including the installation, configuration, and functional testing of available plug-ins and utilities. • Administer and support system configurations, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of information within the system. • Work closely with customers to gather system requirements and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. • Document and standardize processes and principles related to JIRA and Confluence system usage. • Ensure the quality and speed of delivery processes through effective teamwork and streamlined product processes. • Guide the team in building an independent operational rhythm and remove obstacles that hinder progress and speed of delivery. • Act as a change agent, helping team members adapt to evolving processes and organizational changes. • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in JIRA administration, with a deep understanding of its internal structure and the ability to create complex workflows using validators, post-functions, and scripts. • Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a product team, with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies and practices. • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and teaching skills, with the ability to guide and support team members effectively. • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate, improve, and optimize processes. • Adaptability to changes within the organization and a proactive approach to driving change.
